Thirty launches on Amazon Europe

VIVERE GMBH · AMAZON EU · 2022—2023

+30NPD launches on Amazon EU
+$1Mrevenue in 6 months
+$2.6Mon best-sellers in a year

SITUATION

A marketplace incubator with own brands that had to keep launching, across Germany, the UK, France, Spain and Italy. Every launch is a forecast, and a wrong forecast is either dead stock or a listing that goes out of stock at the exact moment it starts working.

APPROACH

I owned the product P&L rather than the marketing of it: pricing, margin, inventory and the innovation KPIs. Rather than forecast each product by feel, I built a system that took product type, market, production capacity and rotation as inputs, and used it across every market I ran.

RESULT

+$1M in the first six months across 30 launches, and +$2.6M on best-sellers over a year from consumer-insight campaigns. Project management held +90% on-time completion in a start-up environment, with 25% faster time to market.

  • Product-level analysis across the EU marketplaces: trends, reviews, packaging, pricing and competitors.
  • Owned the briefing for every listing, A+ page and Brand Store, with the final say on what went live.
  • A product line for a seven-figure B2B client, +8% Amazon sales in its first six months.
  • Negotiated OBI and Bauhaus for the move off the marketplace and into physical retail.
